LionBridge also operates in Belgium. They are currently looking for internet assessors in French and Dutch. I applied or rather got an invitation from LionBridge to submit my resume but so far, I have not heard from them.

LeapForce
You have to go the website, sign-up and search for jobs. There is a current opening in Belgium for a search engine evaluator. If accepted, you have to undergo various testings. I never got past the first stage and my application is still under review or completely forgotten.

Butler Hill
This works like LeapForce and LionBridge. My application was not considered (rejected) to put it softly because there were better qualified candidates. At the moment, there is no opening in Belgium.

Update for Butler Hill: Appen and Butler Hill merged their operations and the new company is called Appen Butler Hill, Inc. They sent emails to applicants in their data base saying that with the merger, new opportunities for web testing are in the pipeline. The company might also be able to pay through PayPal.
I was contacted by AB last December and made it to the Qualification Process. Unfortunately, I did not have time to study in between completing my writing commitments and fulfilling family duties during the holidays. I failed QB 1 and retook QB 2. I did not make it because of low quality scores. It would have been a nice gig, but I guess not for me.
